Dr. Ankur Yadav has done his medical graduation (MBBS) & post graduation in Ophthalmology (MS) from the prestigious King George’s Medical University KGMU , lUCKNOW. Later he went ahead for felloship in phacoemulsification from SNC, Chitrakoot and another felloship in Strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology from KGMU,Lucknow. Besides, he has been an Ex-surgeon and incharge of social outreach camps, department of ophthalmology, KGNU ,Lucknow.He specializes in advance cataract surgery under topical anaesthesia and Strabismus surgery.
He also has expertise in glasses removal procedure such as LASIK/Phakic IOLs.
He has successfully carried out more than 10,000 eye surgeries during his career and has benefited large number of patients with his knowledge.He is an active member of AIOS ( All India Ophthalmological Society ), DOS ( Delhi Ophthalmological Society ), UPSOS (Uttar Pradesh State Ophthalmological Society ), LOS (Lucknow Ophthalmological Society ), GSI (Glaucoma society of India ), SPOSI (Strabismus and Paediatric Ophthalmology society of India )
